Justin Weinkle

Mr. Weinkle is Chief Financial Officer of Dynasty and Chair of the firm’s Capital Committee, where he oversees all aspects of corporate finance, reporting, and strategic capital management. He leads Dynasty’s Finance and Investment Banking teams with a focus on delivering timely, decision‑ready insights that support growth across the organization and its Network of advisors.

Since joining Dynasty in 2012, Mr. Weinkle has held several senior leadership roles, including Director of M&A, SVP of Finance and Head of Strategic Analysis, and Chief of Staff to the CEO. In these capacities, he has played a central role in launching and scaling key firm initiatives, including the outsourced CFO practice, RIA capital investment and equity swap programs, and the Dynasty Investment Bank. He is particularly passionate about working directly with advisors to help them design and execute their own financial strategies.

Prior to Dynasty, Mr. Weinkle was an Analyst in KKR’s Client & Partner Group, supporting capital markets, fundraising, and financial and management reporting across a range of alternative investment vehicles. He holds a BSE in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from Emory University.
