Having held leadership roles across startups, global corporations, and acquired technologies in the built environment (AEC industry), Michael has seen firsthand how innovation and people shape the future of how we design, build, and live. His career has centered on driving sustainable growth and transformation—uniting technology, leadership, and culture to deliver lasting impact.
Previously, Michael served as VP, Building Solutions Group, US/CAN for Hexagon AB, leading client acquisition, integrated solution design across nine business lines, and a newly formed organization within Hexagon. Michael also held roles as VP, Building Construction, US/CAN for Leica Geosystems and VP, International Operations for Multivista Systems, both Hexagon companies, after serving as a Senior Partner and Owner of several Multivista markets. Earlier in his career, he worked in the Telecommunications and Financial Services sectors, experiences that gave him perspective on digital transformation and how to apply cross-industry best practices to the built world.
Michael is passionate about investing in innovation—not only in technologies, but in people and ideas that move industries forward. He loves leading teams, helping others achieve their goals, and building organizations where culture, collaboration, and curiosity thrive. His work as a Business Performance Advisor has deepened his belief that strong HR partnerships and a people-first mindset are the true drivers of business performance.
